Website enables submission of business or corporate-operated business podcasts & RSS Feeds for
listing in our Business podcast directory and search engine. Be advised that
once your podcast or RSS Feed is posted, others may listen, download, and/or share
your content.

submissions
In submitting a podcast to iBizRadio, the podcaster (i.e. submitter) assumes all liability for content of the podcast to include royalty license or permission with respect to included third party material in use of any of the aforementioned media, including but not limited to inclusion in the iBizRadio directory, broadcast via Internet radio, satellite radio, traditional radio, or similar media.
In addition, you hereby acknowledge that, in the event your
submission results in an adverse claim, that you are solely responsible for your
content, and that you will indemnify and hold harmless iBizRadio as
to any claims of liability by a third party. Such claims include, but are not
limited to, the following:
1. Copyright infringements should the submitted content be copyright
protected by a third party.
2. Improper, biased, or inaccurate representation or claims made or
implied in the submitted material.
3. Third party liability claims for any damages, including but not limited
to, special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost
profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to the iBizRadio
website by reason of the information submitted by you and
contained therein.
All submissions are completely voluntary and are on an "unpaid" basis. Any
content submitted to iBizRadio, may or will be made available to
users on our Website, network of partnering sites, or syndicated to aggregators, or distributed by any other means of online distribution. Additionally,
we reserve the right to monetize any/all items submitted to us. It is our
sole right to reject or edit submitted items for publication.
Submitted Podcasts will be made available to the public for listening and/or downloading.
iBizRadio reserves the right to:

Broadcast in whole or part any Podcast submitted to iBizRadio. The broadcast may be via Internet radio, satellite radio, traditional radio (when the specific podcast conforms to FCC regulations), or similar media.

Commercialize and monetize the submitted Podcasts, including but not limited to the insertion of commercial content prior to, after, and during Podcast transmission, allowing advertising on the iBizRadio Website or during the afore mentioned broadcasting, and licensing iBizRadio content to third parties.
All
content on iBizRadio is copyrighted and protected by state, federal
and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

We
reserve the right to include in our directory/search engine any publicly available (i.e.
published on the Internet) podcast and its associated information. Personal data is
automatically logged by means such as programming, or we link information
automatically logged by such means with personal data about specific
individuals. Cookies software is used to store personal data, or information
stored in Cookies is linked with personal data about specific individuals.
Purpose
of Data Collection
We
collect the personal data that you may volunteer while using our services.
We may also collect publicly available personal data, such as personal data on
publicly available podcast directories and search engines.
We
